In the case of an error on the price of the product you ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Passion Fitnesswear proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase a Return Authorization form is enclosed with every package. You need to fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, store credit, or make an exchange for another size, color or item.
You can only return or exchange In Stock items. Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs). There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date. All tags MUST still be attached to the garments. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was used. Products that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $35 and return the items to you. Any customer doing more than 3 (three) returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.
Passion Fitnesswear will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Passion Fitnesswear sole discretion.

Shipping and Delivery
When an online order is accepted, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser. For your convenience, Passion Fitnesswear has a shipping flat rate of $6.95 nationwide.
Passion Fitnesswear will not be able to ship for any reason to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Once you ordered, please find included your purchase receipt in the box with your shipment. All purchases from the web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the web site passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 4 - 6 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
If your order destination is outside the US, you will be notified by e-mail at the time of shipping.

Instructions
Bust - Measure under you arms around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline.
Hip - Measure around the fullest part of your body, at the top of your legs.
Please note that due to the consistency of our Supplex, the final product will be form fitting against the body. Keep in mind that our material will also stretch about 4X its size; therefore, if you need pants that are longer then average, always opt for a large despite your usual size. If you need additional help about the fitting of a certain style, please feel free to contact us.
