Order Status:
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming we have received your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, because of back order products, Passion Fitnesswear reserve the right to hold your purchase until your Order is completed, limit the quantity of products we supply and/or divide up Orders. Out of stock Order:
If your order is completely or partially Out of Stock, it will be placed on backorder status. Available (In Stock) products will be shipped normally and you will be charged for such products. Remaining items will be shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse and will be billed to original source of payment once they are ready to be shipped.

Returns:
In the case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send Authorization form filled out correctly and completely and please enclose it with the item(s) you are returning indicating if you would prefer to receive a refund, store credit, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. You can only return or exchange In Stock items. Shipping charges will not be applied to Orders that included incorrect/defective merchandise. In order to receive your full refund, products must be returned within 15 days of receipt and must be reported to Customer Service. For more information, please read our Return Policy in our Legal Section.

Cancellations:
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Reasons may include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items and total amount will be reimbursed to your credit card.

Promotions:
We reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Payment:
The following credit cards are only accepted for payment at passionfitnesswear.com: American Express Card, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Passionfitnesswear.com do not accept Gift Cards from any kind.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is added on all merchandise delivered to the state of Florida.

Pricing:
Prices displayed on the passionfitnesswear.com are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Title to products you order on this web site and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Shipping Options:
All online purchases are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, passionfitnesswear.com online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, online purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes addresses. If you would like to do so, please contact us at (305) 438-0806.
At Checkout, you will be able to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are calculated by an automated UPS system depending on Order’s weight, shipping method you select and destination. Your total shipping charges will be shown during checkout prior to the completion of your order. For most items, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Passion Fitnesswear cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser's approval is needed to complete shipment.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. If you order destination is outside the US Country, you will be notified by e-mail at the time of shipping.

Product Care

Please avoid direct contact with heat, oil, grease (makeup) and other abrasive products, as Passion Fitnesswear cannot assume responsibility for the eventual deterioration and mishandling of the product. Also, avoid contact with any materials, which may transfer their color pigments on to the product.

Washing Instructions:
Please read the following washing instruction in order to give good care to products:
Washing Machine: Gentle cycle with cold water Wash with alike fabrics Use very mild soap; no bleach rinse well.
Fabric with combination of white and another - add salt to prevent bleeding.
Fabric with delicate details, stitching or designs - hand wash only.
HANG DRY ONLY - DO NOT IRON - DO NOT DRY CLEAN

Our products are made of:
Supplex: 90% Polyamide, 10% Cotton.
Lightweight Supplex: 90% Polyamide, 10% Cotton.
Tactel: 100% Polyamide (Dry-fit).
Our clothing is made exclusively of Supplex with Lycra fibers from DuPont. Supplex combines cottony-soft comfort with gentle support, superb fit and great freedom of movement that only Lycra can bring. It’s a practical fusion of softness and stretch, with Lycra stretching up to 500%, then springing back to its original shape. Finer multiple flaments make Supplex flexible, lightweight and 26%/36% softer than standard nylon fabrics and unlike cotton, it won’t wrinkle, shrink or fade. Polyamide allows great body movement and dry-fit to keep your body cooler.

Note: Please note that due to our handcrafted dying process and hand-made details, a slightly difference in color and/or details may exist. Consider that products’ colors may vary depending on computer and monitor resolution and set-up features.

Sizing:

If you are between sizes, we usually recommend ordering the larger of the two choices.
If measurements put you in a different size than your dress size, choose the size that the measurements indicate.

How to measure:
Bust - Measure under you arms around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline.
Hip - Measure around the fullest part of your body, at the top of your legs.
